My grandmother has epilepsy. When she was younger, she used to have bad seizures. However, I believe that her condition was not well taken care of, therefore, she was more prone to experiencing them. Bad news, stress, or anger affected her a lot. Therefore, it is best you try to keep calm and try to take it a day at a time as we do with hypothyroidism. Thankfully, my grandmother has not had a seizure in more than a decade thanks to the medication she was taking and routine check-ups.
