Hi, I guess I just need a place to vent. I found out yesterday that my brain is showing siezure activity, so I have one more test to tell me if it's an actually epilepsy. Then I'm mad because I found out that my new pcp, that I really liked didn't order an MRI he ordered an mra, so I'm getting a detailed MRI with contrast done. It's just hard because I am overwhelmed. I'm already dealing with my Hashimotos issues, I'm still hyperthyroid, but I am terribly tired all the time!
I just don't know what to think or how to deal with this. I know I need to just take a deep breathe and just let it all play out the way it needs to, but I'm a natural worrier, I am not good at the what if's I'm trying really hard to not freak out and not dwell on it, but it's kind of scary. I feel like I'm a ticking time bomb. I don't know why and I can't explain it, it's just that is the only way I can explain it, I feel like a ticking time bomb.
Does anyone else feel this way?

My grandmother has epilepsy. When she was younger, she used to have bad seizures. However, I believe that her condition was not well taken care of, therefore, she was more prone to experiencing them. Bad news, stress, or anger affected her a lot. Therefore, it is best you try to keep calm and try to take it a day at a time as we do with hypothyroidism. Thankfully, my grandmother has not had a seizure in more than a decade thanks to the medication she was taking and routine check-ups.
