My latest labs are the following:

Everything looks good but it's not completely better with symptoms but somewhat better. Pulse is pretty high hanging around anywhere from 90 to 110 but I'm not nervous like I was when I was hypo. I have a lot of energy but restless still sleeping. Not that much different from the hypo feel with sleep. Bowel habits not great but better aided with Metamucil. Crying seems to have abated like not depressed anymore. Palpatations continue not much difference than when hypo. Temps pretty warm all the time. I know it's summer though. I can't get in to see the doc for three more weeks. Am I hyper? Should I reduce levoxyl by a minimal 6.25? I don't want to do anything rash but the pulse is really getting up there.
I am also taking Dhea 10mg. My hair is shedding like crazy. Is it from the Dhea or possibly being hyper? I don't want to make the wrong move with the meds and have to go backwards but I know I'm not right yet. Palps as usual still really annoying. Thanks for any advice.

I don't know enough about the medication amounts though to offer any advice there. It looks like you just need to tweak it a little, but hopefully someone else will chime in.
When was the last time you had your DHEA tested? Beta blockers are extremely helpful for the palpitations and overactive heart rate.
