The first and only Med. I have been on is Nature-Throid. I too had the achy joints and slight anxiety. I would say that thankful that those 2 symptoms have gone away. I do still have the muscle aches in my calves, just a feeling as if I had been exercising and they are tight and week. No extremely bad just a bit annoying. I am also still suffering from a bit of depression and sleep a lot.
I am now on 1 1/4 grain of Nature-throid and I feel I have improved but still do not feel I am where i should be.
My dr. has me on progesterone, testosterone, dhea, vit. d. and antidepressants. I still do not have the energy I would like to have, but feel like at least I am working toward something.
I hope this info helps you.... Let me know if you change and if it works for you... good luck.
