I had a visit wih my doctor today and told him I was feeling better but I wanted to add a little more T4 (12.5mcg like you guys said) and he said sure, I have no problem with that!! Amazing!!

Next visit is in 6 weeks. He also added some fatty acids DHA and black currant seed oil.

I am going to get my life back, slowly but surely!!

What is black currant seed oil supposed to accomplish? (I'm always curious about possible ways to optimize things)

(I, too, live in NJ but, much farther north and west. Still, I'm keeping your doctor's contact info handy just in case I need him. Ya neva know :)
