I'm sad today...I quit my job. I cannot do the work anymore. I have reactivated mono and didn't know I had ever had it in the first place! Since I have CFS...hypothyroid...and a myriad of other AI things how would I ever know if I had had Mono for pete's sakes. I am so tired and sore I can barely move and the mono is causing a flare. Sigh. It does get old, doesn't it?....You all have helped me so much. Just wanted to gripe.
Have you had your calcium and PTH Intact tested?
It gets old and if I ever find it and have a bat in my hand it better look out!
Unfortunately, being hypo can make us more susceptible to infection.
I was sorry to read about CFS - if you have the energy, you might want to read some of Dr. John Lowe's writings on CFS.
He did a bunch of studies and was confident that CFS is actually a manifestation of undiagnosed/improperly treated hypothyroidism.
I hope you can get everything straightened out.
