Last weekend I had my meds refilled..I have been on the same dosage for years and since taking them at night the last couple of months been feeling pretty good...But this week I am feeling really sick..cold ,tingling..tired sleepy..Is it possible the refill is not correct? They look the same ect,but I am wondering if it could be a bad batch..Is that possible? Should I take them into the pharmacy and have them switched?.I noticed the guy who filled them was new..Maybe I am just being paranoid..but I am really feeling awful.
It's entirely possible that something is wrong with the refill. I always check the label on all meds refills to make sure I received the exact same manufacturer's product each time and I also examine the pills themselves.
It's also possible that older and less effective pills were supplied.....thyroid hormone has limited shelf life.
It's also possible your dose needs have changed....it does happen.
In fact, most people need dose adjustments at least twice/year.....most often in the spring and the fall.

I started taking them at night and I was ok, but went back to mornings because of my doc. I don't know if that would have been a good long-term change for me. My doc is hypo and he told me that I was getting the boost when I took them...I know, I have read other people who did well by taking them at night and agree that it should be somewhat a constant in your blood stream.
I have had increases or decreases in drugs and it sometimes takes me a month or more to notice the difference.
You can have your doctor prescribe a name brand. That way it will always be the same and you won't have that question. I used to take Levoxyl and that was written on my script - only name brand! It cost me a little more, but was worth it to know that I didn't have to wonder whether it was the drug that was wrong.
