I personaly find it of limited use, but I have serious cortisol issues i think.
Likewise Melatonin isnt the right answer for all either. I think Melatonin is mostly useful in people with really impaired circadian rhythms. But hey Im no specialist.
magnesium certainly can help with cramps/spasms, although it could be other electrolytes.
as someone who gets little benefit from it i will say i do feel it in very high doses. so its not placebo.
