Male age 30, 177cm, 73kg, non drinker/smoker, eat healthy and exercise. never took any thyroid meds
Could my low t3 be causing these symptoms?
Hard to get to sleep, hard to get out of bed , cold sensitivity, depression, dry palms, dry hair (could be MPB aswell)
I have read that when thyroid is underactive cortisol can rise up to do its job, but it does a bad job and causes other problems.
Is that how it works and hence my high cortisol?
Should I try medication?
