The reason it seems to help with thyroid issues is that if you have Hashimoto's, it reduces the number of thyroid antibodies you produce thereby allowing your thyroid to function better and allowing you to rely on less replacement hormone..... So far it seems to work for any autoimmune disorder they have tried it with..... I'm a convert.... I'll be watching the trials just to see how far they can go with it. :)

I'm an advocate for sure..... It didn't give me back perfect health but I literally feel better than I have in 15 years. Check out the trials.... it's not unfounded use or just speculation..... I am just very lucky that I found a doctor who knows about it and is willing to use it.

I'm getting ready to have my LDN increase to 2.0 mg once per day. I see my holistic Doc for a regular check up today.
My thyroid labs is just about near perfect.
