While we're moving up in dosage some symptoms will appear while others will disappear - and sometimes we have anxiety or "jitters", heart palps, or nausea until our body has time to adjust to that dosage - that's titration affects. And why we say here: Wear the dosage for a while (usually four to six weeks) and see if the symptoms disappear.
Dawnrose is right -Your doctor did the right thing because your Free T3 and Free T4 are scraping the bottom of the ranges and your TSH is waaay too high (it should be one or below). So, you're hypothyroid like a rock-star. Let us know what the next labs look like.
