I will comment only on the reliable tests....
Your TSH indicates that you are dealing with hypothyroidism.....healthy people have TSH lower than 2.0.
Your hypothyroidism is confirmed by looking at your actual thyroid hormone levels: T4, Free, (Direct) and Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum.
As you can see, your FreeT4 level is right at the bottom end of the range. Healthy people have FreeT4 levels near the high end of the range.
Your FreeT3 level (triiodothyronine, free, serum) is below the bottom end of the range. Healthy people have FreeT3 levels above mid-range.
You would benefit from treatment with thyroid hormone replacement. Has your doctor offered this to you?
If not, I suggest you find a doctor who knows how to diagnose and treat hypothyroidism. The doctor who wrote the article I'm linking below is one that does:

I feel awful. I have all of the classic symptoms including feeling cold, weight gain for no reason, fatigue. I was supposed to wait 5 more weeks before getting my blood work done again, but I couldn't wait. So I ordered my own blood work. I faxed my dr my results on Mon and didn't hear back so I called her today(fri). The receptionist said that the dr said my TSH is normal so I should go see a rhuematioid dr or my GP. She is only going my by TSH so I am not going back to her. I just don't know how to find another endocrinologist who will think outside the box!! Help!
Please know that you don't necessarily need to see an endo to get properly diagnosed/treated. Many of us (myself included) have had better luck with "whole body" doctors such as internists, DO's or alternative MD's.
These are the suggestions I have to offer re finding a thyroid-savvy doctor:
1. networking
2. check the Top Thyroid Doctors site for a listing in your area

3. ask local pharmacists (not the counter help) for names of doctors that prescribe either Armour or Cytomel. Doctors that Rx either of these tend to be more thyroid-savvy
4. contact the Broda Barnes Foundation and pay ~$18 to get an information packet that includes a list of doctors in your state who follow Dr. Barnes' ideology (Dr. Barnes was the author of "Hypothyroidism - An Unsuspected Illness" and was lightyears ahead of his time)
5. find a doctor that prescribes bioidentical hormones either by checking websites or contacting compounding pharmacies (they are likely to have names of doctors that prescribe Armour which usually means they're more thyroid-savvy)
Idea #1 worked for me....the other ideas have worked for others. I hope one works for you.

I live in NJ. Thanks for all of the info you've provided. I also wanted to mention that my metanepahrines were also very high and I'm scheduled to have those rechecked along w/TSH, free T4, free T3, cortisol, and celiac panel. I checked my list of providers and I'm going to ask the pharmacist if any of those drs prescribes Armour.

I'd refer you to my doctor but, believe it or not, she completely dropped the ball with two people I referred to her. I can't explain why this happened but, it did.
Admittedly, I've suggested every dose adjustment and have had to occasionally remind her of some thyroid facts :) Still, I've been doing really well since my levels were optimized in June 2011.
