I know there is a very long list of hypo symptoms, but I have developed a strange symptom, and I am not sure if it is just hypo or something more serious.
A little background....my husband has been severely depressed for the past three months and it is really stressing me out. I have more headaches, neck aches, and back aches from the stress of dealing with him than I have ever had.
Today I noticed a new pain. It is in the upper abdomen, right below the rib cage, and it feels like a spasm or a pinch with a lot of discomfort. It isn't really painful, but it is uncomfortable...and it comes and goes. I have taken a muscle relaxer hoping it would help, but nothing has helped. I don't feel a lump or hardness, but it just keeps shooting through me. I did increase my Armour from 90 to 120 a week ago.....but I am not sure that is it, or if this is a symptom of the anxiety and stress I am having. The stress is HUGE right now as we are leaving with 13 others on a cruise we booked six months ago, and my husband is having a lot of anxiety about going with his depression.

I can't say that I've heard of your issue being thyroid-related.....unless you are having a sharp gas-type pain. Gas and bloating are very common hypo symptoms.
Are you able to see your doctor before you leave? This sounds like something that should be checked out.
