If you are on thyroid meds, I think it is best to take the iron a few hours later and avoid dairy/calcium as well from both the thyroid and iron. I take calcium and vitamin D in the evening.
I don't know much about iron levels, besides yours seem to be within range:) I finally raised my ferritin to 40 after having it around 19-28 for 3 years. I still have a long way to go, to get to my target of 80-90 though:( My iron levels are within range, like yours.
