I have been really active all my life, so for MOST of it, I have been swimming or running or on the elliptical or the treadmill along with heavy weights.
In the recent months, I would get back up to my prior maximum levels and then become completely wiped out by it for at least a week after. So frustrating!
Well, it is 3:30 and I still feel energized! I am so looking forward to the weekend so that I can get back on track.

The slow release desiccated T3 wont work for me due to the Gel used to keep it from breaking down quickly and my stomach issues :-(
I am a kosher vegetarian, so nooooo "dessicated" for me.
The one time my doctor put me on bovine adrenal supplements (I was at the end of my rope before I discovered powdered licorice root) I cried and cried and cried for hours.... and then I threw the crap in the garbage.
Mind you - my subsequent research showed that the supplements the doctor prescribed actually have the effect of lowering cortisol, which is 100% exactly the opposite of what I need.

Perhaps yours has access to cytomel and grinds it up and does the same.
Maybe just ring the pharmacy and ask them the process on how they produce it. Would be interesting to hear. My country is so far behind with thyroid meds and treatment.
