The last few weeks i have found myself sliding slowwwly downhill. My last tsh had been like 6.3 and i decided to leave my levo where it was because i finally adjusted to the dose i am on and it was so close to normal. I have lost weight since my tsh came down though!!! I started feeling extremely achy, tired and more and more depressed. So i had my rsh checked. It was 1.3!!! I haven't had a level in this range in forever. But if it is normal, then why i am feeling so crappy? I think it may be an emotional thing. You see....i was not only blessed with a @@@@ up thyroid...i have bipolar depresion, have had two rare cancers...i have alot onmy plate even when my thyroid is behaving. Plus i have work and money issues. I am so depressed that i can barely get up in the am. So far i have been MAKING myself go to the gym and walk an hour each night of the week. But everyday the urge to go home after work instead of the gym gets stronger. I used to love to go to the geach. This year? Not interested....loved to read...this year? Nada. I only go to the gym because i had gotten so heavy that it was affecting soooo many things. I have lost about 20 pounds since feb. I just pray that i don't slide in the dumps so far that i just give up. Anyhow...sorry for the long post. I guess im frustrated that i am not feeeling getter physically and mentally if my level is so normal???
