There is not "cure" but there's a perfectly good treatment. I'm sure you still feel like crap with a tsh that is that high.
*Most* people feel well with a TSH of 1 or below, a Free T4 above 60% and a Free T3 above 50%. Anything below that...and most people cannot function.
So, here's what I think is happening, you're not getting enough thyroid medication.
