What a thyroid savvy doctor and patient -should- be watching is Free T3 and Free T4. The other tests simply don't matter when it comes to feeling well again.

I eat well, am also pre diabetic so am strictly on good diet. I run to keep fit at least 3 times a week, 5kms a day.
