Since your Total T3 is below the bottom of the range, it's more than likely that your Free T3 has bottomed out. There's quite a few things that can cause this, actually. But, no matter the cause - it seems you need supplementation. I'm glad you got some cytomel, but from here on out you need to get your Free T3 and Free T4 labs drawn, K?
Here's your breakdown for Free T4: 60% of range. While many people might feel well at this level - you have a ways to go inside the range. If you're experiencing the symptoms above it's quite possible you could do with a dab of Free T4.
