I was outside in the cold for a while. I came back back and it's been at least an hour or more now but I'm still freezing! Being under a blanket is not helping. I'm going to try some hot chocolate. When I get cold it takes me hours to get warm again. My feet are never warm even if I wear double socks! Anyone else deal with this?
Your thyroid controls body temp - when it's on the blink you'll have a much harder time adjusting to temperature changes.
