Hi,
Si I've lowered my armour due to a high blood test for FT3 and I'm having many palps, racing, and weakness when the heart is reving. In particular in the morning but bad palps at night trying to sleep.I'm not sure what to think as I've had those the whole time for years just in varying degrees. This is just bad again.Is this due to reduction in the armour or from FT3 being at 166%. Has anyone had a similar situation?

When I went hyper, I didn't feel back to normal for almost a week.

Did you call Dr. Condren?

A beta blocker would be helpful while you are hyper.

The only way to know fer sure is to look at your symptoms journal and to post your recent labs.

I'll help you with your labs if you have them, but you have to listen to your body. Heart palpitations CAN be related to HYPOthyroidism instead of HYPERthyroidism. But again, that's hard to know without looking at your most recent labs.

Thanks for the replies. My last labs were days ago under advice on labs. I didn't think I had room to do anything accept go down with the armour. The truth is those symptoms only happen usually in the morning and then pass and I'm fine. I guess it could be hyper or hypo but does changing med doses bring on symptoms even titration get down?

Forgot to mention I've had the palps at night sleeping feels like forever in varying degrees.
