Once your levels are optimized, you'll find it much easier to lose weight.
Unfortunately, being almost at optimal levels just doesn't cut it for many hypothyroid issues. It's like being pregnant - either we are or we're not.
Also, it's important to make sure that you are taking in enough calories to actually lose weight.

I lost a total of 6.5 inches from my body after completing the 90-day P90X extreme fitness program.....and not a single ounce.
I will have blood drawn in 2 weeks and I hope my levels are better.

I just started a 30-day program by The Firm that has 13 DVD's which incorporate their usual weights/cardio along with plyo and burst training. I never cease to be amazed at what changing my workout routine can accomplish.
I can relate to feeling hungry all the time since that happens to me whenever I change my exercise routine. I've taken to keeping cut-up carrots in the fridge when I need something to take the edge off.
You'll have to let us know how your levels are looking. I'm beyond thrilled that you've gotten as far as you have in what is a relatively short amount of time in thyroidtime.
