I just got a call from my drs office telling me my thyroid lab was normal.
How come my eyelids are swollen, I keep getting hot/cold, I feel moody and tired? And, yesterday my blood pressure went up to 180/100.
Thank God it's normal now.
Here are the results:
t3 uptake- 27.6
t4 (thyroxine)- 11.5
t7 index- 3.2
tsh high sensitivity- 1.32
t4 free non-dialysis- 1.3

Now, I can't comment on your labs without seeing the ranges that apply to each result. Different labs use different ranges and your result can only be interpreted within the context of your lab's ranges.
Your doctor ran a bunch of outdated tests so, the only test we really need to see the ranges for is the T4 free non-dialysis.
(people that are optimally medicated have TSH 1.0 or lower so, your TSH level coupled with your symptoms tells us that something isn't right for you)
I never had any success with endos treating my thyroid disease. I found a thyroid-savvy doctor in the form of an internist.
So, if you post the range for your T4 free non-dialysis result, we can let you know what's up.
This is very important for people dealing with hypothyroidism since our bodies convert our storage hormone T4 into the active hormone T3.
If your FreeT3 level is too low, that can also cause symptoms.
FreeT3 will most likely look like "tri-iodothyronine, free, serum" on a lab report.
What's important is that *any* doctor treating someone for thyroid disease knows what he/she is doing.
I saw a succession of 3 endos and none of them knew how to treat for thyroid disease. My GP proved clueless as well.
My current thyroid doctor is excellent - she's an internist.
