Have you tried massage therapy and restorative/ yin yoga? I also find that using a heated (plugged in) pad with the sponge soaked in a solution of epsom salts helps.
Finally, if you are able to lose some weight, (yeah, I knowwwww), that will help.

Megsmom....I wonder if your levels are appropriate and the only way to know would be to take a look at your labs.
People who are optimally medicated on T4 only meds such as Tirosint will have TSH below 1, FreeT4 near the very top of the range (if not slightly over-range) and FreeT3 at least 75% of range (if not higher).
If you'd like some help interpreting your labs, please post them here and be sure to include the ranges. Just leave out any special symbols because this forum has a bug that doesn't allow for posting of them.
I don't understand why doctors aren't aware of the gazillion ways hypothyroidism can manifest. It's certainly documented in thyroid textbooks and summarized quite well here:
