Hi i would just like say that i have been on a diet since ....well years anyway ...i have an underactive thyroid so very very difficult to lose the weight i have gained due to the thyroid.I have tried every diet going(that i can afford) and last week a friend suggested cho yung tea ,so i thought what have i got to lose ,except weight of course ! So bought a pack of teabags and ....hey presto to my amazement i have lost 1 and a half pounds in 2 days !!!! That might not seem a lot to some people but to me that is,or was, i should say impossible !I dont know if it works for everyone but well worth a try if like me you really struggle with weight due to an underactive thyroid .If you do try please let me know your results i would be very interested to know how you get on .Any questions please feel free to get in touch.
