Anyone use Chia seed to help with Hypothyroid? I read that it helps with alot of the symptoms that come along with Thyroid issues. Fatigue, muscle pain and so on.
I can't say that it helped with thyroid symptoms because I didn't have any symptoms when I started using them back in Sept. 2011.
However, my thyroid levels have strayed from optimal since then and I developed symptoms until my dose adjustment kicked in.
For me, the only thing that relieved the fatigue, muscle pain and countless other thyroid symptoms was adequate FT4/FT3 levels.
