Another concept that might work applies to those who regularly wake during the night to use the bathroom - take the Armour and Levo then.
Some people set their alarms for 2 hours before their normal wakeup time to accomplish this.
I'm not too crazy about either concept for my own situation - my AM coffee is too important to me as is uninterrupted sleep lol
Still, we each need to find what works best for us and I'm glad you did :)

The issue you describe is a common one with hypothyroidism.
Please know that it's common to develop new symptoms after starting meds and after dose adjustments.

I just wanted to explain why certain things happen (and don't be surprised that you might find the need to set an alarm if you want to continue with that early dosing ;)

I feel like my body has really gotten used to it. And I guess what i'm doing is called intermittent fasting. It's a great thing for pill absorption.
