However, there are two other possibilities. One is that, if you live in a seasonal climate, your dose needs have changed (as in, some people need a higher dose in winter). The other is the plain and simple fact that many people need dose adjustments a LOT sooner than every 10 months.
Have you had thyroid labs since your thyroid leveled out? Those will always tell you what's been going on.
My doctor has all her thyroid patients get labs every 8 wks. because so much can affect thyroid levels.

I will being returning to the doctor in April to get my levels checked.
But in the meantime, I will being cutting back on goitrogenic foods. Many of those fruits and veggies are my favorite and I was eating a lot of them. Hopefully, I will see some improvement in the next couple of weeks.
