If the temp is fluctuating it means you have low adrenals and need to supplement with small doses of cortisol. You should have your doctor test you for adrenal insufficency, or you can send away for a saliva test to check it yourself. I will probably have to go back on the stuff myself.

Here is some more information about body temps.
My endo did a blood test for total cortisol, which came back normal. So my body is making it, however, it is bound and not free for the cells to use.
