I have a very low body temp and I like to know if anyone was able to get there's up with supplements. I am having a problem taking vitamin c. It makes me very bloated. I am taking Dhea 20 mg alternating with 10 every other day. Adrenal were tested borderline one level in the afternoon. I guess it could be hypo symptom and I need an increase. Was there something in particular that helped with this symptom?

Sorry, I don't think any supplements were able to raise my body temp. The only thing that got me warmer was thyroid meds.

I have had substantial increases in T$ and T3 over the past year and a half. I still average 97.2 temperature.

I've had issues with body temperature for a long time. Last night my feet and nose were so cold I couldn't sleep. But then I will throw back the covers in the morning.
Are you seeing an endocrinologist?

Hi,
No I don't see an endo. Every endo I ever went to was an a hole. I see integrative med doc. We just can't get it straightened out yet. I get that also with being so cold I can't get warm and then I will get really hot. I must still be hypo. This symptom is bothering me the most right now.

Hypo always makes me feel "frozen to the bone". It's likely that you're just not at your "optimal" yet. Hang in there, and keep us posted, K?

Mine never moved with my thyroid at optimal.... I'm 97 in the morning and get up to maybe 97.8 during the mid afternoon. Also have a low pulse rate (54 in the am) and somewhat low bp (100/60).
Taking meds for adrenal fatigue (which my endo says is not real but whatever)... makes me very jumpy. I've decided to just let my body be what it is other than treating my thyroid.

My "normal" temp has been 97 for 20 years. It doesn't bother me unless I get a fever of 99. All docs "know" that 99 isn't a fever, so they have to do bloodwork to prove infection. My doc got smart and took my temp at a wellness check-up, and now he knows 97 is my normal. You know how it goes, if it's not documented, it's not real.
