For sleep issues, some kind of antihistamine is better for some of us.
I have remeron i think it is, if I take 15mg of that i dont wake for a day, but its not a nice feeling, i had an 8 hour sleep paralysis on it (you know you are asleep but cant wake yourself).
I think the healthiest is exercise, but with a crap back thats not always possible.
Meanwhile, she was having trouble sleeping....
The doctor told her to take melatonin....
