So I have been on levo 125mcg for 9 months and I was looking to up my dose. Based on my labs my endo said I could try 137. At the same time I started using a CPAP machine for recently diagnosed sleep apnea. I started my higher dose of thyroid and had to go back down to 125 after two days, I could feel it was too much. After 3 weeks on the CPAP I am down to 100mcg and I suspect I may have to go down further. Has anyone heard of sleep apnea causing/excaserbating hypothyroid? Or thyroid putting out more after treating sleep apnea.
PS I was getting about 5 hours of sleep a night, now I am getting about ten. I will have my levels checked again in two weeks.

It's virtually impossible that your dose increase would affect you 2 days after starting it.
Your labs before the dose increase will tell you whether or not it was appropriate.
Care to share them? (we'd need to see the reference ranges as well)
