The brain fog this week is driving me nuts! I cannot concentrate on anything at all! I find myself sitting here at my desk staring at the screen, and I'm blank. Focusing myself and getting work done has been a monumental task that I have entirely failed on this week. I've been able to do a few small things, and surprisingly 14 meetings in 4 days has provided the variety I've needed to keep me from going comatose!
I feel like my body is melting into my chair, my joints ache, and I'm yawning so much. But the brain fog is the worst!
Anyone have things that have worked for them on bad brain fog days? I can't keep staring at my computer screen....I have to get some work done! Huge deadlines coming up over the next month and I can't afford to be foggy!

I am seeing a naturopath...it's very slow to see any results though. I figured there's nothing to help my brain fog but thought I'd ask! :)
Are you able to see another doctor?
It takes long enough for our doses/levels to be optimized (easily 6 months and usually closer to a year or longer).
The longer you have to go before starting treatment will just make things worse - sorry.
