Have a feeling my new vegan diet might be part of the problem.... I am eating more nuts than I ever have and I have a feeling this has given me a barometric migraine.

BOOO HISSS!

I had one blissful week, just started medication last Wednesday, and now I am back to a bad case of Clumsy, Stupid, and Slowwwwwww.

I guess there is no quick fix for this "fun."

Diet does play a part in thyroid health. Are you eating soy and goitrogenic foods?

Hmmmmm. Little Forklift in my brain is trying to remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday..... Don't think I had either of those categories, but I am thinking right now that I am going to be blaming EVERTYHING on my poor little Flutterby, when it might not have had all that much to do with it....

Might have just been a migraine....

I suspect all these ailments are somehow connected and you are so right about diet!

I will monitor my intake over the next week so I don't eat soy or broccoli etc (sob!) and see how that works.
