Hey all! I came across this and thought you might find it interesting. It's a little difficult to read because of all the medical speak, but it goes into what they've found in various studies about anxiety, what actually physically happens to the body when you experience chronic anxiety, and the most common medical conditions that cause anxiety (surprise, being hypo is one of the most common reasons).

Just because we think we feel "ok," doesn't mean we have the correct dosages.
I am going to save up with my HSA in January and go to a better Functional Medicine doctor who will NOT be on my health plan.
For the foreseeable future, "this" is going to have to be "good enough."
