Arms and Legs go to sleep a lot?

Hi I have Hashimoto's, I was diagnosed 7 years ago. My legs and arms go to sleep A LOT and I was wondering if anyone knew if that was a thyroid related problem? Anyone else have this problem?

I've been batteling depression/anxiety (a new thing for me) for a bit now, and it has noticeably gotten worse since the sadness and beating heart started...

I feel like I've read that it is related, I wish I could find the web link. But my hands and arms tend to fall asleep more often too.

Girl I use to wake up and grab my right arm to move it.....haha. I haven't had that happen in 2 weeks though, but for a long time it was every single night! At times just sitting on the couch....very odd.

YAY Thank you! I am not crazy! My muscles have been really weak lately too, like I can barely type this right now, my forearms are soooo weak...
