Today I did 90 at 7:30am, 30 at 11am and 30 at 1:45.
I felt like it worked a little better. Kind of a pain though.
I just wonder what has changed in me that what I used to do doesn't work anymore.
It seems like it doesn't matter what the dose it- that I'm only getting a 4 hour "bump" in feeling good.
I'm going to try 90 morning, 30 at 11:15, and 30 at 1:45 and see if that works again. Sort of a large pain to remember but I'd do anything at this point to feel as good as I used to on Armour.
My antibodies test is in a few weeks and I've got a gluten bucket list to eat before then just in case it comes back Hashimotos.
