Hypothyroidism Support Group
Hypothyroidism is the disease state caused by insufficient production of thyrohormone by the thyroid gland. There are several distinct causes for chronic hypothyroidism, the most common being Hashimoto's thyroiditis and hypothyroidism following radioiodine therapy for hyperthyroidism. Advanced hypothyroidism may cause severe complications, the most serious one of which is...

Ha!
"Twit" is going to become my new favorite word :)
It might be a good idea to decrease your meds - especially if you had your tests done with no meds in your system:
My suppression test was inconclusive.
TSH 0.12 (0.40 - 4.5) That's kind a low, but really not relavent.
free T4 was 2.4(0.8 - 1.8). That's 160% of range. Which is more than a tad high.
"I was previously on 274mcg and my other endo wanted to increase me to 300mcg."
I wouldn't move up at this point. Not with those labs and your symptoms. Being slightly HYPER is not a problem, being more than slightly HYPER is a problem and can cause fatigue alternating with feeling like a chipmunk on crack. And, it can affect you blood pressure and heart rate (causing arrythmias and low bp in some people or high bp in others). As luck would have it, so can LOW thyroid (HYPO) - it, too, can cause irregular heartbeat and/or low bp (or high bp in others). It has a direct relationship on my bp. If my thyroid bottoms out, so does my bp.
"This endo is moving me down to 250mcg and changing my Vitamin D to daily instead of weekly. I still have questions, so I will check in again on Monday. "
Moving down is up to you, but I'd give it a try. You can always move up again later. If you still feel like dog poop, you can move back up.
Before you do ANYTHING - get a hard copy of those labs. I've had the twits read me the labs of someone else before. It wreaks havoc with trying to balance your OWN thyroid.
