Hi Everyone New Here looking for friends and support. I suffer with Hypothyroidism. No fun always cold and tired. The weight gain has been awful close to 50 pounds on my small 5'0 frame I feel fat and look it too. I hate this.
It's just the pits, isn't it? When you think you're doing everything you can and BAM the scale rebels against us.
It sounds like you might not be getting adequate thyroid replacement drugs, would you like some help with that?
