I know this is a symptom of hypo but it has gotten really bad to the point where I can't fall asleep and feel wired and can't relax enough to go to sleep. It's been happening for a couple of weeks now. I did increase my armour by 15 mg as my numbers were really bad and I couldn't sleep.FT4 62% and FT3 37%. I've had hypo for years now and I never had such sustained insomnia. Has anyone else had this symptom be so acute? Also crying jags, feeling depressed, bad palps especially at night, and constipated. I feel like the armour isn't helping anything this time. I haven't increased armour in a long time because FT3 was at the top of the range so I have been increasing levoxyl for months to get FT4 up and then suddenly FT 3 dropped low.

You are not alone, my last doc visit I got antidepressants and sleeping pills, now am out and back there again. Complete wakeful nights, headaches, low moods.
