Hi,
I wanted to know if when increasing levoxyl I should increase by 25 or 12.5. What is the general consensus on this matter? I know the slow and steady approach is advocated but I feel like I'm not getting anywhere lately and even backwards.
Labs in Feb were FT 4 1.57
FT3 3.9
Dosage was 90 armour and 37.5 levoxyl
March
FT4 1.38
FT3 3.7
Dosage was armour 75 and levoxyl 50
April
FT4 1.43
FT3 3.9
Dosage armour 75 and increased levoxyl 62.5 a few days ago.
But I am considering going to 75. Is this too radical. I'm feeling pretty hypo sometimes. Any opinions?

Using typical ranges (and if you want to provide the range it will help narrow your percentage of range) you've got a little wiggle room based on your symptoms.
Your Free T3 is somewhere around: 79 % of range
Your Free T4 is somewhere around: 64% of range
When you decreased your armour, you lost some T4. Adding it back only makes sense.
FT3 is 2.0-4.4
Free T4 64.21%
Free T3 79.17%
