My endo's office finally got back with me. She ordered another TSH and free T4. No free T3 which i know is not the right answer according to the board. However i feel lucky i even got these labs ordered!! sad i know.
Tonight i feel agitated, nauseous, have a lowgrade fever and i ache all over. I am just sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

Free T4 is certainly a beginning. (yeah you!)
Make sure you see a GP about your fevers though, K? You may have something much more serious going on.
