As u already know..
i am having bad issues with sensitivity to heatz, irritability among other thingd. i sit near a person at work that comes in everyday with a turtleneck and sweater and then blasts a space heater!! By the afternoon my work area is 75 degrees. i have asjed her to shut her door to keep her heat in her office. she KNOWS i am having medicall issues. i got a letter from my primary dr and gave it to my boss. he got the HR wutch involved and as usual she was extremely rude. on Friday it was very nice outside and she still. ran it. i talked to my boss and i thought he had talked to her...but nooooo she's at it again. she now has a MAJOR attitude with me. i was told to leave my window open while it's still cool outside. i am havinga hard time with my allergies and it has made my eyes come out of my head. i was told if i complained again, i would be written. up. does anyone have ideas to stay cool without going ape sh@? on my coworker ??? I have a fan but all it does is blow hot air at me. plus i get all of the sun most of the day...oh yeah snd I'm in menopause too due to having a hysterectomy...help!!'''

Let me ask you some questions, then depending on the answers...maybe I can help.
1. Are you taking bio-identical hormones for your hormone replacement yet? Are you on anything for hrt after having a hysterectomy?
2. Have you mentioned - politely of course - that you have a medical condition to your boss...and to your HR department? Depending on the work place and the kind of job you have...sometimes you can get a "protection" from notifying your company...in writing...that you have a medical condition that will affect you until you get it under control. If you haven't done so...you might want to...but do it in writing and be BRIEF.
3. Are you on thyroid meds?
4. What do you labs look like for Free T3 and Free T4? When were thy done?
i don't have t3 tests done. my t4 was 0.8 my tsh was 35 based on today's labs. i want to scream and cry
I'm going to repost that info for clarity here:

You also posted that the free T4 range is .7-2
Here's what that info tells me:
Test Range Result % of Range Target Range
Free T4 0.7-2 0.800 7.69% 1.48 - 2.00
Your Free T4 is only 7.69% of your target range. As you can see, your Free T4 is still in the basement (or bottom of the range). Add to that that your TSH went UP NOT DOWN from 18 to 35, that screams that you need MORE thyroid hormone (Free T4) NOT LESS. Someone who is being optimally treated for thyroid disease should have a TSH of 1 or below.
I would like to see your Free T3 numbers, but your doc may be trying to optimize your Free T4 first, then add T3 which is often the case.
HRT (estrogen and progesterone) also need to be optimized for you to feel well. So, I'm extremely interested to see what you're being treated with...if anything.
Optimizing your levels will take time...and patience. But it can be done.
Until then, I would write up a letter for your boss and cc HR that reads something to the effect of:

Re: Medical Condition
From: Your Name
Date: Current Date
cc: HR Department of Company Name

Date and sign it. Keep a copy for your records. Provide a copy to the HR department.
That's really all that needs to be said. That puts them on notice that you have a ligitimate medical condition that you are being treated for. It makes it more difficult for them to fire you while you're being treated. And, it puts them on notice that if they fire you BECAUSE of your medical condition you have the right to sue in some cases.

Now that spring is here, and warming up fast, I dont know where you are geographically located, I am guessing not Alaska, your nasty co-worker will probably shut down her space heater and you should have better days. (If she needs a space heater, maybe SHE is also Hypothyroid).
For allergy if you have to have the window open because the AC is not on yet or whatever, do as MButterfly suggested, take a Benadryl or if you don't want the drowziness, try Zyrtec, which has no epinephrine and wont make you edgy but should help with the allergy symptoms, remember you need to have an allergy med in your bloodstream for about 36 hours for it to work effectively.
I amso freaking miserable.
Please explain your "clot history". Tell us how that affects thyroid treatment.
Are you able to get another doctor? Probably better if its not an Endo at this point. Have you gotten a second or third opinion?
