Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) Support Group
The term hypoglycemia literally means "low blood sugar." Hypoglycemia can produce a variety of symptoms and effects but the principal problems arise from an inadequate supply of glucose as fuel to the brain, resulting in impairment of function. Derangements of function can range from vaguely "feeling bad" to coma and in the worst case, can be fatal.

I hope you find your way soon. Every body is different. Look for a support group. Maybe your hospital can help.
Take care

I've not had specific reasons to keep salt intake low. But usually challenge myself to eat some with adding salt. Then when/if I get bored with the taste, I add some salt.
Since I sauté rather than boil or steam, my vegetables surprise me. They have good flavor without much salt.
I was walking every day 30 minutes, but very slowly.
While walking I did not feel low,
But at night sugar dropped quickly upto 5 mmol.
From then I fell lot of shaking and all insulin settings went out of order. Now I am constantly feel shaky.
I cannot increased insulin for fear of drop.
Sugar is not following any pattern to increase or decrease of insulin
Some times it was little lower, sometimes higher
I am constantly feeling hypo. I was not at high sugar before
Can any body suggest me?
