Hypochondria Support Group
Hypochondria refers to excessive worry about having a serious illness. Hypochondria is often characterized by fears that minor bodily symptoms may indicate a serious illness, constant self-examination and self-diagnosis, and a preoccupation with one's body. Many individuals with hypochondriasis express doubt and disbelief in the doctors' diagnosis.
I have had anxiety for the pass 7 yrs nearly and ive actually become a hypochondriac silently , its creeped on me and because i didnt do anything about it then i now dont feel as reassured like i used to.
I am super alert to any bodily sensations i have and when i am feeling it i blow it out of portion :( i am a mother of 2 boys and when im in my peek of momment i dont enjoy little things i feel like alot of the time i fail my motherly duties and i think am i selfish for constantly being or thinking somthing is wrong with me ? We are only human and believe me the only time i feel comfort in my heart is when i pray to god for help and protect my mind from all these thoughts.
I am curious to know if you would share what exactly are the symptoms you feel?
