After many lab tests on October 23rd 2018 I was diagnosed with subclinical hyperthyroidism. I had been putting off going to the doctor simply because i was in fear of hearing exactly what i seem to already know . Now that i also realize that it is not curable but treatable I chose to join a support group to get advice and tips on how to deal with certain symptoms. My biggest issue that ive struggled with is fatigue, excessive sweating and feeling hungry along with insomnia . I have to schedule doctors appointments now with different doctors including a counselor to also help me adapt and adjust to the many changes i will have to make if any and I want to know from others what have you done to adjust
