PVC'S severe at night !!!

The hyper has risen again causing me to go to the ER :( EKG normal but the paramedics caught the PVC'S thank goodness. My levels have went from Jan 2015 / 1.07. Then Nov 2015 / 2.79 and now Mar 2016 / 0.3 !!! Been having the skipped heart beats now for 2 weeks today and I am one tired lady :( My physical is tomorrow and I need some answers of WHY such a dramatic change in my total TSH . My Free t4 was 1.27 Mar 2016 . My body likes to be a little hypo compared to the hyper, who has experienced this roller coaster of hell. I thought these days were over for me and boy was I mistaken !!! Somewhat better during the day while up and moving around but can still feel that breathless feeling in m y chest when my heart skips :( Would love any insight .... Thank you !

Sorry you are having issues. Finding what the Free T3 is helpful as well.

Both Free T3 and Free T4 will have an effect on the TSH.

What is the lab reference range for the Free T4?

The free t4 range is 0.70 / 1.48 and like I said mine is 1.27 . Was put on a 24 hr heart monitor today after Dr visit, He backed off my synthroid until Friday and then I will be taking 100mcg's instead of 112mcgs. Also have a echocardiogram scheduled for Friday, can't wait...need some answers:( My body runs better a little hypo !!

I definitely suggest getting the Free T3 done. Many hypO patients suffer from too low of a Free T3 and needing to take something like Cytomel to raise the FT3.

If this a possibility going on for you it would likely explain the heart palps.

I do not know if you had an RAI or ???

Just went to my Dr ( an Internalist ) Wed for my physical and he has all the reports from the ER and took 4 viles of blood, and said he is doing a complete thyroid panel test which has not been done in awhile since I was not having any trouble, and also lowered my synthroid dose down to 100mcg, Just started that dose today after being completely off since last Tuesday and I have to say today is the 1st day in a long time that I feel NORMAL, the palps have almost diminished. Was lucky to sleep all night last night praise God :) I will find out all results in a week !! Except they moved my echocardiogram to the 15th, so wont know any results from that too soon :/ Thank you for your replies :)

RAI stands for radioactive iodine treatment for those with Graves' Disease.

Do you have Graves' Disease or are you hypO with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?

Thanks for letting me know what happened at your appointment. If it were me, I'd get copies of those labs to see what is going on.
