Hyperthyroidism Support Group
Hyperthyroidism (or "overactive thyroid gland") is the clinical syndrome featuring weight loss (often accompanied by a ravenous appetite), fatigue, weakness, hyperactivity, irritability, apathy, depression, polyuria, and sweating. Additional symptoms may include palpitations and arrhythmias (notably atrial fibrillation), dyspnea, loss of libido, nausea, vomiting, and...
Your doctor is still dosing you to get your TSH up.
If it were me, I'd look for another doctor and in the meantime I would stop the MMI for three to four days before restarting on a lowered doses - 5 mg (twice or three times a day). I'd want a doctor to work with me to allow me to stay on ATD for as long as I want.
I think with your RBC and Hemoglobulin being slightly out of range is because you went hypO below range. Do you cycle any more? It will also explain that as well if you are not.

P.S. What were the dates of those labs...?
No more periods YEAH!
He was exactly trying to bring up the TSH. He accomplished that but found the T's really low so he lowered the dose. I didn't follow his instructions earlier as he wanted 3 more doses of 5mg 3 times a week. I passed that by on my own. I think the levels would have been even lower if I followed his instructions.
I really couldn't feel a difference when Hypo though. That's the odd thing. Maybe slept a little better. The weight gain was VERY depressing. I'm very tall and can carry the extra weight, but 20 pounds around the middle makes me upset. Looks like a muffin top!
When first diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, almost a year ago after that femur fracture, I started off taking 10MG MMI per day. Then he lowered it to 5mg. I had the ultrasound done which found nodules on the right. I can't feel anything in my neck now.
In his defense he's working with me after I told him that RAI is against my religion. well... you know what I mean!
Again, I'm thoroughly confused with no symptoms.
Thanks!
Marsha
Let's see what this upcoming labs results says and we'll go from there.
If it were me, I wouldn't go so long without labs, no more than two months as you are still adjusting the MMI. For someone like me, I am not adjusting hardly as often, so I go every three months.

I just checked the reports.
We just changed insurance companies at work and they are behind getting our cards to us.
He said to test in 2 months so I'm going tomorrow.
