Your Free T3 is a bit on the high side. If this were my FT3, I'd be climbing the walls with a bit of anxiety/panic attacks. Yes, it could be the diet.
Do ignore the TSH. You tell that Endo, if he brings up the low TSH, that it does not get dosed by any ATD that one takes and the numbers are affected by the thyroid antibodies. If he does not agree, look for another Endo cuz this one should know
better. Maybe not, cuz 80% of Endos treat Diabetics more than Thyroid patients.

when I went to my last appointment, my Endo's office was full of diabetic 'stuff'. I'll be going with lots of information this time and am looking forward to having a conversation with him!
