Mid range for your Free T4 is: 1295. For the Free T3 it is: 3.2.
Remember ignore the TSH. I suspect that your Endo is going by the TSH reading to dose you to come up. It is falsely skewed by thyroid antibodies. It is a Pituitary hormone and lags six weeks behind the current Free Ts.
Take your MMI in divided doses of two or three times a day will help with the yo-yoing of hypER/hypO symptoms.
You tell the Endo what to do, not for the Endo to tell you what to do.
