I am sorry you are not feeling great. You would need to know what your thyroid labs of the Free T3 and the Free T4 are doing along with the meds you are taking. It looks like from your post for the symptoms you are having, that the Free Ts levels are not in the 'right' places within the normal lab reference ranges for you to feel best there at.
Many doctors tell us we are just fine any where within the lab reference ranges. But, each one of us with having thyroid issues have our own set points within the lab reference ranges that we feel best there at.
